Scott, the numbers are all right with me. It's good to have a slightly positive bottom line. We know how the story is going to unfold in the future. One of the biggest mistakes by investors was in selling the stock after last quarter's disappointing performance. Who cares about what the stock did in the past? Of course it's important to an extent, but it was certainly not indicative of where the company was going to be headed in the future. In cases like QSound, some extrapolation can be detrimental to your portfolio. That short-sightedness caused them to lose out on a 75% gain on the stock.

Given my conversations with management and other investors, I was aware of some delay in the significant revenue drivers (e.g. Cetera), but was expecting the internet side of the business to ramp up and make an appearance in the bottom line.

This company has some interesting plans and have been talking to interesting people to try to leverage their hold on the internet 3-D sound market. Like I've told some other contacts, David Gallagher is very proficient at creating and leveraging relationships. And in the World Wide Web, developing your network of relationships appears to be one of the most critical factors to success.

Regards,

Rainier

Scott, Rainer, John, Bill et all, I have been told Q Sound should have revenue of 10 million this year. I am trying to decide if I should buy more. What do you think this stock could reach if 10 million is valid. Thanks in advance.
