He also created a likely fiscal drain in the next decade by moving some Medicare programs to be paid from general revenue, instead of the Medicare trust fund. Adios, "surplus". The program will now grow unchecked until the next "crisis" when it is not only running out of funds in its trust fund but it continues to drain the general fund.

Yeah, but we can only imagine how the champion spinmeister of all time will spin the outcome. Any future negatives or price to pay will be the Republican's fault and the soccer moms and much of the ignorant voting masses will eat it up.
