David, Did Bogle happen to comment on Dell then? (the most successful internet retailer and certainly profitable). This description sounds a little short sighted. I think most feel that the low margin businesses allow the leaders to force the weaker players out of business, therefore garnering the entire market. Thats a very simplistic explanation but thats the gist of it.
