Remember, ITEL was on the verge of being de-listed. They were running out of time and without the merger felt the couldn't last as a listed stock. They were anticipating , and rightfully so, on the income of our stock.

I personally think that all of this will shake out shortly. While I'm not real happy with what's going on, I think the company itself will come out ahead when all is said and done.
