Guys - R&D is EXPENSED!!! Paying back the convertibles if fine. Great. I would never argue with R&D. But after all that, CUBE still has a quarter BILLION dollars in cash on their balance sheet!!!! Don't be lulled into complacency by inadequate moves. CUBE management has a fiduciary responsibility to do something with that cash NOW or give it back to shareholders. PERIOD!!! There is no gray in my argument nor should there be with the CUBE CFO's appeal to Alex. Maybe that's why CUBE lost their last CFO - because Alex is French and is ignorant in America's "cowboy capitalistic" ways?
