EDIT: Dorine, I am trying to be positive....am thinking this fiasco will offset my gains on TLAB sale last week at $120 (dern, i missed $120 1/4). What else can i do? Mr. Murphy....anything else coming? I don't have millions to play with..need to know ASAP.

Dorine, the stocks in your type 1 "cash" account can go to ZERO and that would have NO EFFECT on the type 2 "margin" account. DCTC traded on the OTC-BB is a type 1 security. If DCTC shares are being held held in type 2 accounts (in error) then we have found a source of shares borrowed to short the stock. Yet another reason that having called everyone's shares for delivery, maybe the shorts would have been hurt, permanently, rather than running to the SEC to have our stock halted. Colin
