being President during WWII. One more piece of evidence
that the President is a few bricks shy of a load.
That is what I have referred to as his "FDR envy". Propaganda, to be effective, must be believable, and it must also prepare people for likely scenarios: the insertion of ground troops, a deal far short of Rambouillet, heavy Russian involvement. The Administration has bumbled on such things...
