This statement in response to a private email i just received: With news releases of this nature from the SEC and Wavetech, I can't imagine that any business (especially a telecommunications one at that) would attempt to handle questions and calls from each and every shareholder on a one-to-one basis. Very uneconomical as well. Rather, I keep insisting that I am waiting for Mr. Murphy's response via news release. It is my personal opinion that any response needs to be immediate for many reasons which should be obvious. Perhaps Mr. Murphy could finish JUST THAT CHORE if he didn't have a phone glued to his ear. MOST SINCERELY!!!!!! Baldwin
