Dear Ken, All that said, it does not excuse the action of the SEC. To me there is no reason why DCI could not have supplied the information that was requested per a natural progression of restating as an ongoing request for information re: the now defunct ITEL merger. Does ITEL have anything to do with the suspension? In what capacity if so? We do not know shit at this point and await the facts to start rolling in. As ever WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN. That has yet to be determined,, B

I am another lurker who has followed this thread for some time. My thoughts seem to parallel yours. The suspension is likely to be related to the listing request while at the same time using pooling accounting. Since there is nothing we can do about the suspension (& since we don't know how it will effect us/end up), no good can come from anger or frustration. Why not give DCI time to unravel it's problems? It's to our advantage to give them slack. If we trusted their integrity & abilitys before, I can see no reason to change. Personally, I have another problem to bother me - what's going to happen to the shares of ITEL I (goofily?) purchased? Relax, all.
