Perhaps that tells you something. If Bill Clinton
could not get the UN to sign onto this war, then
perhaps it is an unjust war.

You might compare and contrast the fact that when
George Bush was faced with Saddam Hussain taking
over the Persian Gulf, he went to the UN for the
authority to stop him. Bill Clinton has not asked
the UN for permission for anything. In fact, he
has not even asked the US Congress for permission.
This is an unjust, unilateral war being waged by
a lame-duck President who is more concerned about
how historians might consider his "legacy" than
about destroying the nation of Yugoslavia.
