Sweet, sweet, sweet, move today for DIIG...Carried my portfolio...I think I've got at least a triple in this baby now, and I'm not planning to sell...

Although I may sell a small amount of covered calls out about 6 months just for a bit of a safety net...

What do you think about that ???

Jimbo.

Latest Barrons cover story...Mid-Year Roundtable discussion...

Q: One more.
A: Last summer I mentioned DII Group at 15. It was 24 in January 1999 and 32
recently, down from a peak of 38. I think this is only the beginning. DII is a electronics
contract manufacturer, selling to original-equipment manufacturers. The company
recently filed to sell six million shares, with the proceeds to be used to pay down debt
and finance expansion. There are 29.5 million shares now outstanding.

DII should earn $1.70-$1.80 this year on sales of $1.3 billion, and over the next three
years could increase both sales and earnings 40% annually. DII indicates that in
2002 their sales could be $2.5 billion-$4 billion. My guess is closer to $4 billion. This
thing is a real buy.

Q: Thanks, Archie. You always do find something.
