Janice, I had a nice talk with my brother, Mr. Common Sense Lawyer. He said several lawyer things but there were two bottom-line points he made.

1) That in most cases dealing with the internet, the ruling goes in favor of the First Amendment. (And has in general since about 1789)

2) He asked a question that pretty much says it all in his common sense manor. " Didn't they (un named company) think it was funny?"
Janice I'm not making that up. Now that IS funny. BLUE
