You bring up a good point about about some of the democrat party keywords: guns, tobacco, race, "ethnic cleansing" (their new term for civil war), choice, religious right, etc. This is what makes the news. Only the dem keywords.

35k a year, year in, year out, by gun. Cars kill a few more, it's true, but we tend to use them every day, for a lot of different things. Imagine your typical orderly or disorderly commuter traffic, and imagine them all packing heat. Then, when they all get mad as hell, they won't have to take it anymore.
