"You need to be responsible for every word you say now days. These are changing times my friend. I'm simply going to suggest that you think before you post, watch out for incriminating speculation."

Such dire consequences for anyone who might question the world according to Kelly and Cowboy. But question it I am, specifically:

1) You claim that ABFG is a good investment and advise people not to sell yet in the absence of any audited financial statements whatsoever you have no basis to evaluate the company.

2) Kelly claimed to have an ad for the astrodome yet others have followed up and found that this is not true. I suggest that at worst that Kelly is an out-and-out liar and at best is not very careful in determining the accuracy of his claims.

3) If Kowboy's claims are true then Kelly has been freely and illegally giving out insider information about ABFG. Either Kowboy is a liar or Kelly is a crook (or possibly both). This is an added concern in that even if the company is basically honest with a lot of potential Kelly and Kowboy's actions could very well trigger an SEC inquiry or even trading suspension.

4) ABFG posted doctored photographs on their website giving the impression that ABFG owned mines and sophisticated mining equipment. We have subsequently found out that ABFG does not own this equipment and their excuse that they got permission from the leasing company that owned the equipment is irrelevant. The use of the doctored photos was fraudulent. Look at it this way, if I owned a small airline company that traded over the BB (say we had one Cessna and one Beaver), and I put photos of a 747 emblazoned with "AngusAir" logos on my website, would permission of the 747 leasing company somehow make it all okay???

5) Posters have asked whether ABFG owns mines in Madagascar and where these mines are located for over a month now. The company's refusal to answer this question is very strange and leads me to speculate that perhaps they don't own any mines at all. It would not be the first time that a BB company has fabricated claims - buyer beware.

6) A poster claims to have correspondence from the Malagassy government stating that neither ABFG nor any of its named subsidiaries own any mines. This is a shocking claim (which if true indicates criminal fraud) that has gone unanswered by the company for over a week now. I have no way of knowing whether the posters claims are true but the absence of any response from ABFG leads me to suspect the worst.

7) ABFG, as HV pointed out, has set out on a bewildering business strategy combining exploration/mining/fabrication/retailing/and 3D internet "shopping mall". From my own business experience I have found that small companies with unfocussed business plans that require them to simultaneously develop expertise in multiple disparate fields usually fail.

Just a sampling of some serious questions. Until the company comes up with some really good answers I strongly advise any prospective investor to run not walk away from ABFG.

"ABFG is willing to step up to the plate!"

While it is unfortuate that your friend is disabled, I wonder aloud if this latest move by ABFG is a prudent business move. They may find themselves diluged with requests from many shareholders that are having problems.

Now if Todd was taking some of his personal wealth and helping out that would bring the tear to my eye. Example, when Bill Gates does it, he is doing it persoanally not with Microsoft money, remember ABFG's money is not Todd's money.

Hope they live up to their promise.

A couple of years ago there was this cool movie with Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan, "Joe vs the Volcano". Anyway, Joe (Tom) plays this guy that has this really depressing job and is also really depressed. Joe goes to the Doctor who some big rich guy has bribed to tell Joe that he has this terminal disease called a "Brain Cloud" (I love that one, still use it). So anyway, this really rich guy wants to drill for oil or something on this remote south pacific island, but the natives need to please the gods of the volcano and he needs to offer a sacrifice to them before they will let him defile their island. So anyway, Joe hooks up with a bunch of characters along the way and one of them (actually three of them) is Meg Ryan (she plays three different chicks in the movie). So this one chick that he hooks up with is the daughter of the really big rich dude and she has this really cool response that she uses all the time:
"I have no response for that"

I use that one too sometimes.

I just spoke with Todd Violette and I'm sitting here with goose bumps on my arms!
I told him about "Cody" (a fellow "shareholder" who is totally disabled and has a lot
on the line with ABFG's success or failure) and his first words to me were: "Well,
maybe we could take a portion of the proceeds from our upcoming auction and
help him out a little. What is his number and I will personally call him"! I gave Todd
"Cody's" number and Todd also gave me his own home address, phone number
and offered me his social security number (for which I declined). Todd went on
further to give me his mothers (Mom's) address and telephone number and wanted
me to feel comfortable with my investment. He stated that he would be calling
"Cody" personally to reassure him and offer his help! I don't mind tellin' yall, that this
brought a tear to my eye!

It's been a long time since I have ever dealt with a company with so much
compassion and willingness to show TRUE concern for their shareholders and
THEIR investment. I'm stunned!

Cody! I know you are watching this thread....Do you feel better now? :) If Todd
hasn't called you yet.....He will be soon! E-mail me and let me know how the phone
call went! God Bless and take care my friends!

For all "shareholders"....You just keep the faith and everything is going to be fine!
The next couple weeks are about to be some of the best couple weeks of your
investment life (IMHO)!

Let Todd know how you all feel about what this man has just offered to do for a
fellow shareholder that is struggling right now!

To quote Todd - "ABFG is willing to step up to the plate!" So, I ask you
"shareholders"...Are you willing to do the same and stay with this company through
thick and thin? Well, are you?

I am!

Thank you for listening and best regards...

Kowboy
