I always thought they were shooting to install the first switch
the first week of June. Craig Murphy confirmed this to me
on April 22. April 27 on DCI's FAQ's they state the following:
The new Harris switch will be installed in London and fully operational on or around May 15th. On May 3 they said the following
in their news release:The London switch is expected to be
operational during early June 1999. I probably don't know all the
facts so I will with hold my comments.
As for the New York switch I was disappointed that it wasn't mentioned
in the last news release and no firm date was given for the Madrid
switch other than "later this year". When later this year is is
anyones guess. I guess. :)
