I believe you need to read the following link "Terms of Use" and again keep you personal BS at home where it belongs. Those terms were outlined for a reason, use them. exchange2000.com Your comparison to Msft also does not fly. Franklins biggest customer is Usat, as I'm sure you know ???? Usat is currently under SEC investigation, not to mention numerous pending lawsuits. Were Msft in that the same position, look out below. Has any Market maker stepped forward to submit form 15c211 for usat to again trade OTC BB ??? The answer is an obvious NO. That detail is not a good indication for the future of usat. Your comparison is a feeble attempt to avoid reality.

rick: it would probably be best not to respond to the individual in question. if there is a need to respond to refute some of the lies/innuendo etc. i would suggest responding to the thread in general. this particular individual's hobby is FCM bashing. it has been going on for years. fortunately, lately, LIES and LIBELOUS comments have been part of the pattern....which will cause the ultimate demise of this person's hobby. if you find the recent posts to be libelous as i do, i would send FCM a note and links to the particular posts in question.
