We had an email transplant message from Glenn posted in which he stated that insiders would soon be announcing an extended period of voluntary lock-up for their shares. NOW WOULD BE A GOOD TIME FOR THAT ANNOUNCEMENT!! (imvho,of course) and....it's now snowing at 5,400' !!!!

I've been accused of being too smart and other times of being too dumb. Sometimes I look at the box and can't understand why everybody else can't see outside of it. It, IMO doesn't matter a rat's tail if PNLK "formally" locks up their shares or not. This management group has done everything they said they would and than some. If they say they are not for sale, than they are not. But! Outside the box, their shares are less than 11% of those authorized. We recently saw just about all the restricted shares sold in just a few days and in January PNLK did 16.7M shares traded in two days. Management's restricted shares are more of a "safety" concern for scared money. In reality they don't mean very much. If you were building a company and saw it was potentially the next giant of techstocks would you give away your shares for 2 or 3 dollars? I don't think so. Let's move on to real issues and quit wasting everyone's time on non-issues, please! Regards, Roy
