Hi Foxy, Neck surgery is scheduled for Friday, May 21st. Not necessarily my favorite thing to do on a nice spring weekend! Actually there's a vintage car race at Elkhart Lake that I usually attend that same weekend. Hate to think of all my racing buddies having a great time while I'm sitting in a hospital bed with a "geek" collar on! Hi Kathy, You may want to look at GSF (ACM Govt. Securities Fund) as a possibility for some of those $$$. It's near its cyclical low and is paying about 11% in monthly dividends (which can be reinvested). This is not a growth opportunity but does offer pretty good total return based upon long term bonds. Best regards, Tom
