This whole thread is like a dry english comedy. It is funny tho! ROFLMAO!!!!! I would like to see dcht succeed. I understand some persons opinions against companies paying in shares but, for a VC or Private investor to cough up $1 $2 $5 million to pay bills uses up cash to. Either way you have to pay bills somehow. So what difference does it make. The thing I see is some people here prefer just to bitch. Either way you look at it you bitch. If you flip the coin they still bitch. Maybe you should move to misery (missouri i mean) and dodge some twisters, might add some spice in your life. Or visit our pal in Las vegas and blow $4500 to get blown!!! But do something to end your un-lady like bitching!!!
