Phillip,

DATEK's streamer is free, and is actually available on at least two separate servers, so it is pretty reliable if you know that. I think all they require is a $2,000 deposit to open an account. I did a lot of trading with them, and thought they were very good. However, they don't do options, so when I returned to CC writing, I reduced my account balance down to about $300, and just leave the account active so I can get the streamer. Maybe I'll do a penny stock just for fun once in a while with the account, just to be fair to them for the service. Who knows, maybe I'll get lucky!

P,
I got the new account package from dreyfus in front of me and they have a deal where if you make 5 equity trades/mo they give rebate $75/mo towards the DBC streaming real-time service. The flyer says, that makes the service free. I started to look at the details but the service looks more heavy-duty than I need or want. Anyway, thought you might want to check it out.
