Company Press Release
Napier Signs Marketing Agreement with Scandinavian Distributor
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Napier International Technologies Inc. (NIR.TSE) is pleased to report that it has signed an international distribution agreement with a Norwegian based corporation; Environmental Coating Removal Associates (ECRA).

ECRA will hold certain non-exclusive distribution rights to market a broad range of Napier's environmentally friendly line of paint lifters and cleaning products into the countries of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

ECRA will immediately initiate marketing efforts into commercial marine, aerospace, automobile, refinery, and consumer sectors. Offshore oil rig opportunities in the North Sea will be among the first markets tested.

ECRA is well funded and has more than 15 years experience in the de-painting industry. Having already completed initial trial marketing, management is confident it can establish a significant opportunity for Napier's products within the estimated annual US$60 million Scandanavian market.

Napier is in advanced stage negotiations with several marketing groups and anticipates the signing of further international distribution agreements shortly.

Greg, the share structure of NIR won't change at all. The shares simply move over the border and price is converted to U.S.$$. Look at BII and their move to the NAZ. A great deal of their shares moved across the border and now the BII volume on TSE is greatly lower. The price of the stock on the two exchanges will remain equal ( after currency conversion ). The only problem ( maybe ) is that if there is more selling pressure on the US side than the price in Canada goes down as well. On the other hand if the upward pressure is greater, than the stock price here goes up as well.

Greg,

Some of our fellow Napier thread members have answered to you already.
From the stock side, does anyone believe that if Napier is to succeed then the reason will be sales and profits?? Let us put it this way: should Napier live off a story that everyone believes is truly wonderful or should Napier STAND on it's own two feet and stride boldly into the next level; the US markets!! Let's go forward to where the TRUE profits really exist. Personally I have NO fear for Napier.

One last point; it DOES take time to establish a potentially LARGE business when the the customer is many times larger than you. THE ONLY REASON THAT THEY WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE SOMETHING VERY EXTRAORDINARY THAT THEY WANT OR NEED. Everyone should understand this one point, it is gigantic. We are going to make a big score.

Joe
