DAWG, I was thinking that Russia is probably going to be given center stage in negotiating things in Yugoslavia. Once that settles down Russia is going to be given the aide they need to get their economy on track again. One of the first places I see some of that money going is to improve their information and communications infrastructure. One Telco there that I like is Rostelecom. Ticker ROS. They had huge volume yesterday and have really been beaten down over the past year. At about $6 a share I think this one could easily double in the near term. I saw this happen with two Indonesian telcos when they got killed by the Indonesian crisis (TLK, IIT) and they have tripled and quadrupled from their lows last year once their aide came in. just a thought. ROS is @6 the high is over $22. :-) MarkC.
