Aus, you maybe right about the upgrades causing the surge, but do not think that a settlement in a lawsuit has to be made public before the stock goes up or down. Such news always leaks to big players who get in or out before the news is public. It is the small guys who react after the fact.

The Lexar announcement would have to be made public to get this kind of a rise. Thus, today's movement is due to upgrades.

Right observation, but wrong conclusion I think. The suit would have to be made public, but when. The papers could be shuffling about in the company mail. The rise could be completely because of the suit.

You never know exactly what those analysts know when they upgrade. But who knows just yet.
