I sold my shares last week, and I think a lot of people preferred having the $$'s in hand rather than waiting for the $35 payoff. Never expected another offer. Just my opinion. Ben

JAS, if i recall properly, there were options granted to GEC by FORE equal to 20% of outstanding shares - so TLAB would right off the bat need to make 20% higher bid just to be on par.
