I remember one of them once saying something to the effect that the TNT2 would outperform the Voodoo3 at equivalent or lower clock speeds. Anyone else remember that? I'm not sure where I heard that anymore. Might have been that interview on the AGN hardware show.

Yeah, I remember reading that, but I don't know where. Something like they tweaked the TNT architecture a bit, so that clock for clock, the TNT2 would get more done than a Voodoo3. So a 150MHz TNT2 would beat a 183 V3. They claimed something like that...
