I would be happy to cite many, many, examples where the tape was either oblivious or dead wrong...> Exceptions to the rule - and that's the wild card. In a story like ART, where the CEO fans speculation on the Dow Tape and arguably many parties are involved, the likelihood that the tape isn't smart on this is low. Do we get a 1-2 point bounce at some point? Probably (hopefully). Do we get a 7-10 point pop? IMO, possibly, but not likely. Hope you are right!
