Roger, small correction.

It's a little confusing, but my understanding is that the 20FR (complete financial statement and description of all the company's activities) went into the SEC at the start of December. The SEC indicated that it had accepted the filing as complete by giving an effective date, March 30. An MM then submitted a Form 211 (which also had to include a copy of the 20FR) to the NASD OTC compliance committee. When they have completed their final review, then we will be okayed for quotes on the OTCBB electronic system. The SEC reviews the financial statements. The NASD OTCBB compliance committee decides whether to list the company on the OTCBB. They are two separate authorities with different functions.

Roger, if you were a MM and either yourself or your buddies were holding the stock short and the stock was gaining momentum. Would you process the paperwork right and risk it taking off or would you jerk it around for a little while to get the wind out of its sails???

I smell a RAT (MM)!

NASD has not approved application until ALL documentation is approved.

From experience, (it is only my opinion) that MMs "screw up" for more "power" with the company. Most MMs are in it for themselves, not the client. I've said before that Sungold better have a good relationship with the MM otherwise the job will be much tougher.
