The problem with the 67 traders that lose money is that they did not listen to the 1 that invested in DELL. If they had done that and been patient, they would have made money. Yes, you could have lost a lot of money, even in DELL, if you bought at 110 (55 post-split), BUT ONLY IF YOU SOLD IT. Even the holders at 110 will make money on DELL, sooner than later.

Problem 1 is people dont take responsibility for their own actions and some lawyer will gladly take more of their money to file suit.

Problem 2 is the big boys are whining because they are cutting into their $$$.

Problem 3 is that most day traders that claim to make money are liars. Although it can be done....just not over the net.
