Goldman and Sachs (co-underwriters of BNBN) just went public. They priced at a premium and controlled shares, giving them to longer term investors to avoid volotility with IPO. They may use the same strategy for BNBN which bodes well for BKS being a more solid, safer IPO backdoor investment. In other words, the stock won't dump as much the day of the IPO or whenever traders move out en masse. It will be a more solid long-term investment and many will chose to hold.

MAY OPTIONS - unless the IPO is delayed again I don't see how this stock could not be at a much higher level within two weeks. Study all the IPO backdoor charts and you'll see huge run-ups 1-2 weeks before the IPO. The time to buy is now in the mid 30's. DOn't think we'll see 33-34 again.
