Based on other web posters I trust and my own observations I agree with your rotation comment (from Dow components back to Inets).

But, I'm no pro, and sometimes these rotation trends can take months to work out. What is your basis for expecting the money flows to reverse soon, and if you don't mind going out on a limb, how soon do you think "soon" is? Thanks.
