JG: I gave my thoughts on SANG a while back, when MB was buying calls in the high-teens. I also said I might consider buying it at around the $12 level. I did, and I've since sold those shares. My feeling, FWIW, is that SANG is headed for the $5-$6 level over the next few months because of the extreme uncertainty over their future existence. Novartis took a lot of time analyzing their patent position before filing...I doubt that it's a frivolous suit.
