Perhaps the problem is one of press releases. A good PR firm may be the answer.

It is my understanding that MCF and IWM share the services of the same PR firm. Please correct me if that is wrong.

It would appear that for the moment, iwm remains to be backed significantly from any house and/or analyst(s) out of Canada. The problem I believe is entirely due to the fact that it trades on the vse. Lack of exposure regardless of the pr firm. People generally equate the lesser known exchanges in Canada to the OTC markets in North America. This needs to get off the vse in order to undergo the proper run-up that it deserves.
