Thanks for clarifying that, Keith. I like the story as well. Demographics also add a positive note - hospitality industry revenues projected to increase as the population bulge ages and less time spent at work, more retiring and travelling.

keith, I too like this stock, but its a little too illiquid for anything else except holding medium/longterm..

I tried to buy some yesterday in the 60s, but my efforts were not successful, but I intend to try again, at a lower price I hope..:)

Who know what a few thousands shares will be worth in a year, oh well dreams doesn't cost much..LOL
