So we have all come to an agreement that what you 3 did was wrong and illegal and have admitted so in this public arena.

Did you notice that J Shill is ANOTHER of those brand new Coffee Shop posters who are popping up just to post on this thread? He joined SI Coffeeshop just today, his first post was at 12:51, and he's ALREADY posted 31 messages, all on this thread. (Maybe more during the time it took me to write this message!)

May I suggest to the Fab3 that you establish a policy of NOT posting back to anybody who joins SI as a free poster just to post on this thread? Or, make up a basic message and post it in response to all their posts. Something like:

We have chosen not to respond the the substance of messages posted by unidentified invidividuals who have signed up with SI for free very recently for the apparent sole purpose of cluttering this thread with their messages. Since you have not provided verifiable personal identification we feel no obligation to communicate with you. If you are interested in constructive dialogue on this issue, please provide us pr the SI administration with verifiable information as to who you are and whether you have any affiliation with BusinessWire or its attorneys, public relations firms, or other agents, and we will gladly consider discussing this matter with you on this thread.

I suggest you post that or something similar in response to each post they put up, so other posters don't think their "arguments" are valid or unanswerable. Pretty soon the real posters will learn to ignore them, and they will most likely go away. I notice one of them (WEBNOD3 or something close to that) is already gone. Or maybe they're all the same person, with different aliases.

I also think a word to SI Bob might be in order, to see whether they can add something to the Terms of use which might apply in such obvious and extreme cases. Also, if these people are being sent here by BW, SI might have a cause of action for intentional interference with its business, in deliberately cluttering up its threads for illegitimate purposes. Just raising that charge with BW might calm things down a bit.
