R. Bond,
I have it from the highest authority, that there is some merit to that idea. It seems that the powers that be, read the study that indicates that music helps the learning process. So, they figured that music devices for the retired folks would be just the ticket.
After all, when the Medicare and Social Security is shut off, the retired folks will have to be retrained, and start dancing to the tune of the new era.
