nsm was sitting at book value...probably way below book as it's sitting on some highly appreciated real estate assets... hon and hrs have also been bought...and the oex utilities...these are stocks in the S&P 100 that were incredibly cheap and prime merger targets...so I suspect the fundies are shifting money around within the index.
