Re: Inventory composition

All facets are included in the reported inventory numbers. The interim reports provide no detail, but at year end the $175 million was comprised of $21 million raw materials, $129 million WIP and $25 million finished goods.

A point of interest - it's my understanding that just as the systems houses are requiring the component vendors to hold inventory until system assembly, the outsourcing of materials such as gas supplies has led to the reduction of reported raw materials inventory at the semiconductor companies. - Tad LaFountain
