Inflation has past the growth rate: if you believe that CPI is a bad measure of inflation; or if you prefer, that monetary supplies reflects inflation rates better.

Check out the trade deficit, check out Coke's growth. Maybe many of the DOW has reached saturation levels already. Financial bubbles can continue to corrections. What is holding up the DOW & S&P? Have the I-nets turned? Is technology lagging?

The new paradigm was growth without a bust, by controlled inflation.
