New IPOs usually drops to the beginning price after the first few days of euphoria. Then the stock either tanks further or rise on news and earnings. It would be a bad idea to grab a razorfish while it's falling :) Long term after the stock stablizes, I have great hope for this stock.

You can not short an IPO for 30 days after trading begins. This is a SEC rule. So there is no shorting here.
