The trades on the bid.(sells) in larger volume than trades at the ask(buys) were not bringing the price down. Instead it would go up.

This indicates to me that someone was buying through a MM at the bid. Taking on all sellers. Not a normal trading pattern.

At the same time all the shares from other MM's were being bought at the ask(offers)

<So what does taking out the offers relate to?>

Same question, jmt.

I thought I'd start accumulating on Fri. in 5k blocks since the price had been down and recent news indicated a going concern (total vol fri was mine :-). Man! I sure got outbid all they way!

Agree that this is different from last year (May4 BTW) when 4m shares traded for two days then zippo. No price movement then though.

Can anyone tell where it's coming from?
