Baldwin, I'm not being trite or sardonic (well maybe a little sardonic) here but the SEC sometimes does things because THEY CAN. No, they are not our friend but the simple fact is if they do request information, then a company has to comply. I'm sure they attract the same personalities one finds on many townhome/cond association boards. My feeling is show them what they want and get on with it. If this really is all a mere matter of accounting we'll do our mea culpa, promise to sin no more and go on our way. Onward, George
