OFF TOPIC: I started a daily stock picking contest today on the InvestRight Club thread. The problem I'm having is that since it's a bit off topic and participation has been limited. Still since I started trying my hand at this a few weeks ago I've been doing pretty well.

Here are the rules.

Your pick must be posted before the stockmarket opens.

The winning stock of the day will be judged by the closing price and not any gains made by those who may have jumped in and out during the day. The winning stock will be judged by percentage gains. My pick today was NQCI. The stock closed at .50 for a gain of 23%.

At one point today the stock traded as low as .28 so I could have been hanging my head in shame right now. The point it......

I know some of you can do better. In fact dexx is in the game for tomorrow with SITR which was up only 100% today!!

I hope to hear your picks before the opens tomorrow over on the InvestRight Club thread.

Subject 25983

Francois I hope you will forgive this intrusion. Internet Asia has been such a hot bed of winning stocks that I could not help but ask for the help of this thread.

I think it will be fun.

I would be happy to try and consolidate the premarket picks and results for this thread as well but as you know many will have nothing to do with Asia. Hope to see some of you over at the other thread.

Thanks, Jeff

Must read!! Future looks bright for Asian investments!
Investors, read this..investments in China.... general trend...
------------------------------------------------------
Commercial Advantages

China has become the second largest destination for foreign investment in the world, and it is expected to overtake the United States as the No. 1 investment preference in the near future, according to a senior American economist. Mr. Donald R. Forest, director and senior international economist for the U.S. Department of Commerce's Office of the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, made that remark at a recent discussion sponsored by the American Center for Educational Exchange in Beijing. The forum, entitled, "Creating Commercial Advantages," was attended by businessmen and scholars.
China should take particular care in managing existing foreign investment, "including American investors," Forest said. He added that China has made important strides in opening its services market in a variety of cities, notably Shanghai and Guangzhou, but more remains to be done. Foreign investors tap all kinds of services in their attempts to support investment operations, he said, for example insurance, banking, value-added telecommunications, accounting, legal services, engineering and other sub-sectors.

TAP, get lost from this thread with your TNRG and TIPS. You're not welcome!

I am filing a complaint with SI Bob if you keep on spamming this thread with stocks that, in my opinion and that of Fatt, for example, are unsuitable for investment.

I am also getting tired with your "pushiness". Just GET LOST or else!
