IF these items pass forget a buy out.... Read your notice of shareholder meeting carefully, and you'll see if these items (2 and 3) do pass, a takeover of CHS beoomes very very hard, if not impossible..The board is covering their own ass...Got to stop it before it is too late....If they don't want a take over...(which they don't since their options are at a much higher price), they better perform...If not it is only a matter of time before CHS gets bought out..... So all LONGS please take a moment and VOTE NO on items 2 and 3... --Saban
