Provalue, Yes, of course! If the CPAs negligently cause ME and others (not you, I understand you can exclude yourself) to lose $$$, due to no other reason than MY (& others) reliance on the output of THEIR professional work, then YES the "world needs another lawsuit." The Company may also bring suit against the CPAs itself, but that is not my concern at this point. All this is predicated, of course, on the notion that indeed the CPAs were grossly negligent. We do not know that at this point. All we know is one news release (from the SEC??) saying the pooling of interests was wrong. Colin
