SEC comments at lunch. Fear of gov't regulation.

This should be short lived, as the statements were offset by the fact that April online trades could be up 60% over March.
CNBC has had it on all afternoon that major brokerages may not have another 3-4 quarters to combat the growing amount of online accounts eating into their market share.
It appears that 1 out of 5 trades are by online accounts. Could go to 1 in 3 or 4 next year.
Tremendous growth projected by the SEC itself.
