CGY used to be OTC BB under the symbol CAGI. About the only revenue producing asset they have is some small dive restaurant in Florida, and if memory serves, it reported about 200 to 300,000 dollars in revenues in the SEC filings, yet the stock has a market cap approaching 300 million dollars. CGY/CAGI has made numerous "acquistions", then applied to the AMEX, had some inquiry (SEC?), and then finally got the nod last week. My guess is they misrepresented some of the financials for their listing on the AMEX. fwiw, Mike
