It doesn't look too pleasant from that report. Russia has over the years managed to pull together when necessary and move forward. Hopefully they can do so this time. The recrudescence of xenophobic nationalism theory should be cause for external and internal concern. The people of any country are swayed and controlled more easily by dangerous leaders during times of hardship. As for not being a threat, humph, people have made that mistake in the past.
