George,

I agree with you. There is a difference for at least two reasons. We're (DCTC) are not on the NASDAQ. Itel was supposedly halted for news. If I held ITEL, which I don't, I would be some kind of upset. I would know that we're walking on a tightrope as far as my listing was concerned and now that news is out why haven't I started to trade again. I can tell you that if I was an owner of this stock(ITEL) I would be out of here like a strip-assed-ape. Excuse the phrase. There is nothing positive to hold me any longer.

As far as the SEC is concerned, I believe, there is and will be an inordinate amount of muscle flexing as the internet and internet trading expands. The security director was on CNBC this afternoon and was basically echoing his bossed words about care being needed by us uninformed internet investors. Let there be no doubt who is in control. It AIN"T US!!!!! I really believe that's the biggest part of what caused us our present grief. DCTC is smart enough to know you don't play games with the rules. From all I've read in the last two days, pooling is still legal and our accountants were familiar with the rules as they were stipulated on the day the accountants signed off on the financials.

Regards,

Steve
