My good friend...

I purchased the regular edition right from Equis. I decided against the real-time version because the feeds are still a little flaky and they are expensive. I would highly recommended Metastock as a solid, flexible, easy to use TA program. I did about 3 months of reading TA threads and asking questions about the different programs before deciding on Metastock. A lot of the great ones out there like the product. Of course there are a few products that are better but they cost double or triple the price and only add a few extra features.

Best Regards
KEITH

Friend:

I've got the regular edition as well (all indicators based on
end-of-day data). I do all my real-time work with the java
tools that Stockwatch provides.

To sum it up: I'd be spending more time posting to this thread,
but I've just totally engrossed myself in Metastock lately. Don't
even think about it...just buy it. I can't believe I went so
many years without it. I had spent a bit of time on a friend's
Supercharts software, which I thought was great, but Metastock
gives you the same capabilities.

Also, I'm no computer expert (please defer to Keith), but I'd
highly recommend that you have a P266 or better.
