You may think Dell is at a bargain level, but it's market cap is currently 112 billion. There is no way IBM does a buyout, with a 25% premium they would have to lay out 140 billion or so. Conversely, the rumors that Dell would buy IBM are even more foolish, unless someone can explain to me how Dell comes up with 250 billion or so to do the deal...
